Weekly Update

Well, time for the weekly update!  First we'll have Jenny tell us the weather!  "Well, the weather this week has been frosty an' wet.  Coming up for the weather this week is Rain and snow on Sun.-Tues., Partly Cloudy on Wends.-Fri., and light snow on Sat."says Jenny.  Next, we'll have Roderic with the stock market.  "The stock market has been going snowy since November, so don't expect any change until the new year."says Roderic.  Now for the news.  This week we had Dad's birthday, 2 Chorus concerts, my Band-Orchestra-Choir concert, a violin craft activity, and Joy school.  In the next coming week we'll have early release, the full set of braces will be put on my teeth, and we will go Christmas shopping.

SNOW DAY!!/KNITTING

Both of these topics are very exciting.  1. We have not had a snow day in 1 2 years.  2. I learned how to knit on a loom on Monday and finished my first hat yesterday.  Anyway, I now am working on a new pink and purple hat to give to a friend who is moving to Taiwan on Friday.  Oh, I just have received word that we are going to have a great Lego build today, so if anyone feels like building Lego's, and if they can make it here in less than 30 minutes, come on over.

Wii Toy Story Mania

Have you played it?  Heard about it?  Well, we own it and it was neglected for quite a while, until 2 days ago when we "rediscovered" the absolute fun of the game.  Anyway, the moral of this tale is, "Don't say a game is not fun or cool until you have discovered it completely." Happy four days before Thanksgiving, or happy 33 days, 23 hours, 20 minutes, and 10 seconds before Christmas!!!

In a weekend...

LEO.  IS.  A.  C-U-T-I-E!!!!!!!  He can crawl (fast), kneel, stand up (on a couch), and smile a smile that you must smile back at.  He's a squealer at times, and loves to play Peek-a-boo, sometimes without saying the actual word.  I played racketball with my dad yesterday, which was very fun.  Then for dinner we went to Fiesta Guadalajara and I ate a chicken chimichanga. (yum)  Today I went to church.  My favorite part there was watching Ester and the King with my classmates.

Music Week (continued)

I got the part!  Or one part, anyway.  I'm leading one of the verses to "I've Been Everywhere".  Another thing I forgot to mention on my previous post was that I am in the All City Honor Orchastra.(playing VIOLIN, not cello)

MUSIC WEEK!!!!!!(Hoaray)

This next week is my music program.  That means every day of the week, morning and afternoon, I get to sing, sing, sing, and maybe dance.  The final programs for parents are on November 18th, so we have just about 6 rehearsals.  I tried out for some group solos this past week and will find out TODAY if I get the part or not.  I will keep you posted on that.  Sing your day away!

Midnight puke

Ever woken up at midnight thinking it's 7am?  And then realize you must get up out of you nice, cozy bed to use the bathroom?  Then, once you do start to using the toilet, you also start to PUKE??!(And this puke was the puke you felt coming on at 10:00 the previous morning? Anyone?  Just asking.

Hey please read this!

I have a blog now.  I will most likely post 4x a month, perhaps more times if the conditions are good.  Here I will post books I've read, stories I'm writing, poetry, and daily life.  So come one, come all, once a week, to this place of happiness.
